She is a trusted advisor who considers the quality of assignments, leading with critical judgment on search practice and assessment projects. She has sound knowledge on the key processes in the Human Resources industry due to her background and past experience as well as a good comprehension of clients’ expectations and needs. Roxana always focuses on delivering value in all work done regarding talent management solutions. She developed general experience and as Partner she led the Consumer and Pharmaceutical practices in the Andean Region. She has led diverse assignments for major accounts in the market. Roxana graduated as a Psychologist from the Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá with a degree in Organizational Development and Coaching.
