About Ms. Gantz
Rosemary C. Gantz has over 25 years of experience bringing strategic insight to sourcing and hiring decisions across a wide variety of organizations and industries. As a Director at the Texas office, Rosemary primarily conducts executive search within the financial services, industrial, nonprofit, and education sectors. She works with both Fortune 500 corporations as well as small to midsize organizations who leverage her process management experience.
Rosemary’s career has spanned recruiting and talent management roles in Fortune 100, private, and military organizations. Her recruiting career began while serving as an Officer in the U.S. Navy leading a team to hire key professional roles such as physicians, lawyers, and nuclear engineers and becoming the top performing district in the Navy. She transitioned to recruiting leadership roles at The Home Depot, Microsoft, and Albertsons, where she built the first talent management function. Following these corporate roles, Rosemary led more than 150 executive searches in consumer services, industrial, nonprofit, and education practice areas as a Partner with McIntyre Executive Search. Most recently, as Senior Vice President, she developed the USA new market entry business plan for executive search for London-based staffing company Claremont Consulting.
Rosemary earned her master’s degree in human resources development and management from Webster University, her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Rochester, and a certificate in advanced program for executive search and leadership consulting at Cornell University.
Currently, Rosemary is an active mentor on Veterati supporting veterans and transitioning active duty military. She has been an active volunteer and committee and board member with organizations focused on food security and poverty elimination. She is a writer, poet, gardener, hiker, world traveler, and avid sports fan.
