Roman is a senior consultant with more than 15 years of experience in executive search and human resources services. He is a Managing Partner of TRANSEARCH in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He has successfully managed a broad range of assignments for Czech and Slovak clients, mainly in Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering and Machinery, Information Technology and Consumer Goods. Roman realises that there is one important specialisation that goes across all industries, and that is FUTURE. Because he believes Tomorrow Will Be Different, he is actively interested in how different "tomorrow" will be and what impact it will have on his clients - i.e., the organisations themselves and their top executives. He is interested in advances in areas such as A.I., Mobility, Healthcare, Big Data, BlockChain, Digitisation, and Robotisation. He is also interested in what concrete influence the exponential development of new technologies has on organisations, especially on everything related to the corporate culture, design of organisations, leadership style, leadership competencies or innovation management. Roman has executive experience in both FMCG and Professional Services. He started his career in FMCG, holding the position of Sales Director and then Country Manager for SC Johnson Wax Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2007, he became the General Manager of Adecco Czech Republic and Slovakia. He was also a co-owner of a boutique IT recruitment firm for several years. Roman has a Professional Diploma in Management from the British Open University in Prague and holds an MBA from Nottingham Trent University. He is Czech, lives in Prague and speaks English and Slovak in addition to his native Czech.
