Rohit leverages his unique background to help clients in developing and sustaining high performance leadership teams. Based in New Delhi, his work is primarily focused on the Industrial and Natural Resources Sector. He is also passionate about supporting Family owned businesses with succession and governance matters. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Rohit was with McKinsey & Company, where he worked with clients across India and Middle East, primarily in Financial services and Aviation sector. He was also part of the maiden team formed to formulate family business practice in India, and he co-authored a whitepaper on what drives outperformance among family businesses in India. Earlier, he has also served the Indian Navy as a Search & Rescue Helicopter pilot for 11+ years. In the Navy, he has been part of multiple rescue missions including in Yemen civil war, Kerala floods and anti-piracy missions. Rohit holds an MBA from Indian School of Business and is a graduate of the prestigious National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla.
