Roger Muys is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Amsterdam office. He is a member of the global Human Resources Officers Practice and the European Industry Practice. He works closely with Heidrick Consulting and is a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders, tackling their leadership, talent management, and cultural transformation challenges in order to support and achieve their strategic imperatives. Experience Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Roger spent 25 years working within senior management at GE, Royal Philips, Carlsberg Breweries, and PostNL. As group HR director of PostNL, Roger was a member of the executive committee responsible for the business and cultural transformation of the organization. During his tenure at Philips, he was a member of the executive team responsible for developing and implementing their transformation towards a future-proof digital lighting solutions provider. He was also the CHRO of Carlsberg, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Roger began his career as a labor lawyer supporting the human resources organization at GE Plastics and GE Corporate.
