Rob Lee is a Partner in the Technology Practice at JM Search and co-leads the Firm’s CEO and Go-To-Market centers of excellence. He focuses on recruiting senior operations and commercial executives for B2B software and tech-enabled services companies. Since joining JM Search in 2012, Rob has helped to build the leadership teams for high-growth technology companies across all stages of development, ranging from growth-stage venture and private equity-backed businesses through publicly traded companies. Rob has completed 100+ searches for growth-oriented organizations. His passion is to support organizations in identifying and retaining talent across their full customer lifecycle. He leads searches for Chief Executive Officers, Presidents, Chief Revenue Officers, Heads of Sales, Heads of Marketing, and Head of Customer Success. Rob graduated from The George Washington University with a B.A. in English and History. He lives in Wayne, PA with his wife and two children.
