Robert is the national leader for Professional Services at Watermark and a Client Services Partner in our Financial Services / Industry practice. He is passionate about supporting our clients and people to make a real impact in our business community. With over 20 years' experience in providing strategic talent advice across Financial Services, Industry, Professional Services and the Public Sector, Robert possess a significant network of C-Suite and NED business contacts. Robert has extensive experience in managing complex technical mandates, across a broad range of industries and functions, including Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Tax, Legal, Human Resources, Technology and Operations. Robert works collaboratively with clients to establish strategic, executive search methodologies which are both transparent and innovative, helping clients achieve exceptional outcomes. Prior to joining Watermark, Robert worked in both the UK and Australia for two leading executive search firms and has a BA Hons in Management Studies from Nottingham and Trent University. Outside of work Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, supporting their hobbies and sporting activities, along with walking his dogs and participating in water sports.
