Based in London, Rob serves as a member of the Private Equity and Global Financial Services team. He partners with large and mid-cap funds across Europe and cross-sector to find dynamic financial leaders. Rob joined Russell Reynolds Associates from a boutique executive search and advisory firm, where he led senior-level assignments for firms across illiquid investing strategies including Credit, Private Equity and Hybrid Funds. He initially joined the firm in New York before returning to London. Prior to this, Rob was with AlphaSights, an information services and intelligence firm, joining at inception and leading the firm’s Investment Management practice in Europe. He began his career in market research at WPP. Rob holds a BSc in business management and an MSc in international business finance and economics from the University of East Anglia.
