Based in London, Rhys leads the Consumer Industry and Digital Media & Entertainment practice for Russell Reynolds Associates. He is also a member of the Board & CEO Advisory Partners and the Executive Committee. Rhys works closely with publicly listed, private equity and venture capital firms to recruit transformative leaders who understand the confluence of technology and business to spur future growth. Prior to joining us, Rhys worked as an executive at Inflexion Private Equity, where he managed portfolio investments in media and technology. He worked at the company in a variety of roles, including strategy, programming, marketing and digital services. Rhys began his career at OC&C Strategy Consultants and PwC. Rhys received his BA in philosophy, politics and economics from Keble College, Oxford University. He is the chair of the Prince’s Trust Internet and Media Leadership Group.
