Renee Tonacia is the CX and Digital Lead at Future Leadership, as well as a marketing and communications all-rounder. She started in Client Services in our Advisory practice, bringing a comprehensive set of account management, project management, sales operations, systems and support experience gained in the FMCG and market research industries. It was soon apparent that she enjoyed design and copywriting and has the technical and analytical skills that digital marketers of today need. Renee lives and breathes customer centricity and is always looking for ways to improve the status quo. Renee holds a Bachelor of Business & Commerce with a double major in International Business and Management from Western Sydney University.
