Reema Banerjee is a digital marketing professional with over 14 years of experience in industries across ecommerce, teleshopping, travel and entertainment. She brings a mix of creative and analytical capabilities to her role enabling her to craft compelling marketing strategies and deliver measurable results. During her previous stint at Disney in India, she produced and led digital campaigns that garnered hundreds of millions of views while scooping up many awards at national and international platforms. In her quest to further up-skill and challenge herself, she moved to Melbourne to pursue an MBA at Monash Business School. During this time, she had the opportunity to consult for companies like Downer, McKenzie’s, Dulux, Gelatissimo along with several start-ups. Her passion for her craft also reflects in her community work, such as conducting digital workshops to empower businesses in regional areas of Victoria and help them optimise their online presence. Her role at Future Leadership began as a placement where she helped identify and success the brand’s sponsorship at the prestigious AFR Workforce Summit 2024.
