Raquel Medeiros is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services team, specializing in executive assessment for development, succession planning and finalist assessments, advising clients across different sectors in their leadership challenges. Based in Sao Paulo, Raquel brings a global perspective to her client work. Experienced executive assessor with a lens on culture In addition to her leadership assessment and development work, Raquel advises clients in Brazil on organizational design and culture and to enhance board effectiveness. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Raquel worked for an international executive search and management consulting firm. Previously, she worked for a Sao Paulo-based law firm, where she was the executive and personal assistant to a Chinese expatriate in Brazil, serving clients in the firm’s Asia Desk department. Raquel began her career as a Portuguese, English and French translator and proofreader. Raquel earned a bachelor’s degree in translation, with an emphasis in English and French, from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and specialization in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
