Raluca Puiu joined the Bucharest office of Accord Group as Researcher in 2000. In these 17 years spent in executive search, she covered a broad range of industries working for regional or local high level search assignments, with a focus on Industrial Manufacturing, FMCG, Financial Services and Retail. She is involved in all stages of the projects, from research to project management and client management. Over the years, she was also responsible for training and coordinating junior members of the team. Graduated of Faculty of Marketing at Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, she speaks fluent English in addition to native Romanian. Raluca and her husband have one son and they enjoy cycling, gardening and travelling.
