Radhika Vivek is a Partner in the Consumer Practice as well as for the Outsourcing and BPO Practice of TRANSEARCH India. She is based in Mumbai. Radhika has over 25 years of experience, over 20 years of which have been in executive search. She has worked across Consumer, Retail, IT, ITES and Financial Services sectors and has successfully closed senior mandates in the Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, IT and HR functions besides several CXO hires. During her stint with Randstad Executive Search, Radhika successfully built and grew a global Consumer Practice and gained significant expertise in cross border assignments, working with clients across South and South East Asia, the Middle East and the UK. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, she was Executive Director and Head of the Mumbai office at Sheffield Haworth India. Radhika holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lady Shriram College, Delhi University, and a Master's in Business Economics, also from Delhi University. She has completed a program in HR, Strategy and Change Management from IIM Bangalore. Radhika is a certified Executive Coach.
