Rachel Ingram is a principal in the Heidrick & Struggles/JCA Group London office and a member of the CEO & Board Practice. She is also a member of the Global Financial Services Practice. Rachel joined JCA Group, which was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2016, in 2008. Since then, she has been entirely focused on chairman and non-executive director appointments across all sectors, with a particular emphasis on global financial services, consumer, and technology. In her early career, Rachel joined Carlton Television as a graduate management trainee in 2000. She was an assistant producer/director of documentaries before becoming strategy and business development executive at Carlton Productions. She then joined the Clore Duffield Foundation, a leading UK philanthropic foundation that supports arts, culture, leadership, and social welfare programs, where she spent four years as assistant director. She is a co-founder and advisor to the Jennifer d’Abo Memorial Scholarship for women entrepreneurs. Education: Rachel graduated from Oxford University with a master’s degree in theology.
