The client, a theater focused advertising agency, is seeking a PART TIME Talent Payment Coordinator on a freelance basis. The main responsibilities of this role include managing all aspects of talent payment coordination for SAG and Equity talent, acting as a liaison between producers, talent representatives, and payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments, and tracking payment requests to confirm completion. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAG-AFTRA and/or Equity talent payments, as well as strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.

Candidates with prior experience working in production, casting, or talent management are preferred for this role. The Talent Payment Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Producer to stay aligned on project timelines and payment schedules. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is required for this position.
