The client is looking for a seasoned Digital Programme Manager to join their growing delivery team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in programme management within digital, tech, and marketing transformation. Responsibilities include driving the successful delivery of complex digital projects, managing roadmaps, developing programme governance, leading project teams, and communicating progress to clients and stakeholders. The Programme Director will also identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments while supporting internal resourcing and mentoring project management staff.
Key requirements for the role include 7+ years of experience delivering large-scale digital and business transformation programmes, proven track record in leading digital projects across B2B and B2C environments, deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and experience managing annual budgets of 1M+. Proficiency in modern delivery tools such as Atlassian Suite, Azure DevOps, and MS Project is required, along with experience managing cross-functional teams across global time zones. Agency experience and familiarity with delivering digital services for financial services or highly regulated industries is preferred.
