Prianka Maharaj is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Stanton Chase Washington, D.C. Prianka is originally from the island of Oahu, in Hawaii, where she grew up in a diverse environment of many cultures. Prianka studied neuroscience and psychology during her years in higher education. Due to her psychology background, she believes in taking a human-centered approach to executive search and leveraging her cultural background to foster greater diversity and belonging. Prianka has worked on projects that span various industries, including finance, life sciences, content media, engineering, philanthropy, and HR, to mention a few. She enjoys adapting to new verticals and learning about different industries. In addition to networking and building relationships with candidates, Prianka also focuses on operations and HR functions for her team. She co-created and co-leads the onboarding process for new employees and is part of implementing SOPs for the new systems integration effort.
