The Families & Children (F&C) Policy Area focuses on initiatives to enhance family and child well-being through research in areas such as early childhood development, parenting programs, and economic support. The Director for the F&C policy area will manage a team of 40 professionals, oversee a $15 million budget, and lead efforts to drive systemic change in early childhood systems and services.

Key responsibilities for the Director include developing new work within the F&C research portfolio, supporting fundraising efforts, managing project timelines and budgets, and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team.
