Peter joined Odgers' London office in 2008 and is a Partner in our Healthcare Practice where he focuses on senior executive and non-executive appointments in the Healthcare sector. His expertise spans board appointments in the NHS, independent health sector and in national bodies. He has also developed a particular focus on academic health and translational research, with a track record of supporting medical schools, scientific and research institutes and a diverse range of senior clinical academic appointments in the sector. Peter started his career in professional services, working for Deloitte before he entered the recruitment industry in 2000. He spent several years with a leading international recruitment firm, working across a range of industry sectors, before moving in-house to establish a new Executive Talent team on-site within a Big 4 professional services firm.
