Peter Gramkov focuses on senior-level CEO and boardroom assignments. He brings more than 25 years of executive search and leadership assessment experience, advising clients locally and internationally. Based in Copenhagen, Peter previously led the firm's business operations in Denmark from 2014 to 2024, and is currently the Chair of our LEAP board, advising on promotions and development across the firm. Previously, he was a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ global executive committee from 2015 to 2018. Since joining Russell Reynolds, Peter has advised on the recruitment of more than 500+ executives to client organizations and is a known expert within different ownership structures, with an emphasis on private-equity owned companies. He is also a core member of the firm’s Family Enterprise Advisory Practice. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, he worked on the major account sales team for Compaq, now Hewlett-Packard, in Denmark. Peter received an MSc in business administration and economics from CBS. He is fluent in Danish and English, and is conversant in the Scandinavian languages.
