Pawel brings over two decades of experience in leadership advisory and has coached clients through executive searches, strategic planning, and P&L accountability and responsibilities. Previously, Pawel was a principal in the consumer and industrial practices at a global executive search firm. In that role, he advised companies undergoing dynamic change on their most critical people and organizational decisions. Before that, Pawel held senior strategy and operational roles at Avon Cosmetics Company, and later became general manager of the company’s Lithuanian and Nordic markets. He began his career as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Pawel holds an MA from the Warsaw School of Economics.
