Paul Jaeger specializes in CEO and board-level searches and assessment assignments. Based in Paris, Paul leads the Financial Services Sector in France and co-leads the Real Estate Practice in Europe for Russell Reynolds Associates. During his more than 19 years with our firm, Paul has established himself as a leading voice in executive searches and has conducted hundreds of assignments for global clients. Before joining Russell Reynolds in 2003, Paul was general manager of the French European Information Center, which was founded by the European Commission and the French Government. Earlier in his career, he was head of the risk financing department at Gras Savoye (now WTW), where he led a team of consultants. Paul began his career as an industrial risk underwriter at Union des Assurances de Paris (now AXA). He is a member of the Advisory Committee of SciencesPo School of Public Affairs and Treasurer of the Institut Jean Monnet and of the Fondation Hippocrène. Paul received a BA in public law and information science from Paris Panthéon-Assas University and an MA in human resources from Paris Sorbonne University. He speaks fluent English and French.
