Paul Carter joined Future Leadership in November 2021, bringing over 30 years’ experience in customer-facing leadership roles within aviation, both as a Flight Attendant and Long-Haul Cabin Crew Manager. Paul’s extensive experience equips him with a profound understanding of client needs and a strategic approach to building enduring relationships. He thrives in navigating complex, ever-changing environments, adeptly addressing challenges with clarity and innovation. Paul provides project management and administration services to support Future Leadership’s Education team throughout their engagement with clients and candidates and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering meaningful relationships. Paul Carter is currently Chair of Future Leadership’s Sustainability Champion Team, guiding Future Leadership’s commitment to sustainable business practices.
