In addition, he speaks frequently to health system trustees, state hospital associations and other professional organizations on healthcare leadership, executive transition and succession planning, and career planning. Earlier in his career, Paul worked for a member of the U.S. Congress, then later for a Washington, D.C.-based marketing and public relations firm, where he helped design and manage a national recruitment marketing campaign for the U.S. Public Health Service. Paul provided recruitment strategies for the Indian Health Service and National Health Service Corps in their missions to provide care in medically underserved areas.
