Her executive search expertise spans managerial assignments in Consumer Markets, Industrial, and Technology sectors. Patrycja has completed numerous senior searches for managerial positions and has a strong background in business development within outsourcing services for a leading telecommunications carrier, advising multinational clients. She also served as a Project Officer for a major pan-European NGO. Throughout her career, Patrycja has collaborated with leading companies in the Technology, Consumer and Professional Services sectors, establishing a stellar reputation for placing transformative leaders in these industries. Patrycja holds an M.Sc. in International Relations and a DESS in Political Science. A native Polish speaker, she is fluent in English and French.
