Patrick Mooney is Co-Lead of the Global Biopharma Practice. He partners with clients in on key leadership appointments from senior management through to board level. Based in London, he focuses predominantly on advising biopharmaceutical companies but has also worked with clients within the consumer healthcare and specialty pharmaceutical fields. Patrick has more than two decades of experience in recruiting senior executives across a range of functional disciplines – including general management, R&D, technical operations, commercial, and public and government affairs. Previously, Patrick spent 13 years at a global executive search firm, since 2011 as a senior client partner. In that role, he developed a significant track record supporting several of the world's largest pharmaceutical organizations. He also became known as a key talent advisor to US-headquartered rare disease and oncology-focused biotech firms, helping them build European leadership teams ahead of regulatory approval and product commercialization. Before that, he was a director at the boutique life sciences search firm, Euromedica. He began his search career as a research analyst with a management consultancy search boutique in London. Patrick holds a BA with honors from Brunel University London.​
