Pascal joined Signium France in 2024 with an office in Puteaux La Défense. He started his career as an Export Sales Representative for an international sugar company. Four years later, he decided to pivot and joined a French recruitment company as Consultant. Then at age 28, Pascal founded his own recruitment company. Following his experience in Human Resources roles for local and international companies, Pascal joined the French office of InterSearch and served as Managing Director for 7 years. In 2018, he created his own executive search company, PG&C Consulting. Pascal is also a Coach. His sector experience includes: Industry Automotive Medical Devices, Bio and general Life Sciences Professional Services Beverages (though he doesn’t drink any alcohol!) Oil & Gas Positions filled: Board (CEO, Chairman, Country Manager) COO CFO HR Manager Marketing & Sales Manager Supply Chain Manager Plant Manager Production Manager In his free time, Pascal is a member of a political party and was elected in his city and territory. He also enjoys travelling, writing books and, most importantly, spending time with his family.
