The Partner will be responsible for driving growth and shaping the future of the Executive Search business in Philadelphia. Key responsibilities include achieving commercial targets, generating revenue, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in executive search and senior leadership recruitment. They should possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as exceptional client service abilities.
