Having joined Trevisearch in 2001 as a partner, he revolutionized the approach to selection, shifting the focus from CVs to people: because experience matters, but it's the ability to transform it into skills that truly makes the difference. His career began in 1987 with technical, commercial, and managerial roles at Alfa Romeo, Fiat Auto, and Europ Assistance. After a key stint as Director at a multinational company in the sector, he joined Trevisearch, where he built trusting relationships with companies and managers across every sector.
