Panos Manolopoulos leads our Middle East and Greater China offices as Board Director and Managing Partner, where he’s been key in shaping how these regions operate and grow, while making his mark on the leadership services industry worldwide. In 2025, he took on the role of Global Vice Chair, Regions on our Global Board of Directors. Over the years at Stanton Chase, he’s stepped into several leadership roles including: Vice Chair, Business Excellence Regional Vice President, EMEA Global Practice Leader, Consumer Products and Services Global Practice Leader, Board Services Beyond these roles, Panos has been deeply involved with our Global Board, showing real commitment to growing Stanton Chase. As majority shareholder and owner in Dubai and Greater China, he’s been the driving force behind our success in these markets. He is dedicated to continuous learning and has completed executive education programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, Wharton Business School, Cornell University, and Cambridge University. These programs have focused on leadership best practices, leading and developing people, executive leadership, and negotiation strategies. Academically, he earned his Bachelor’s in International Relations from the American University of Athens (with distinction), followed by a Master’s in Diplomacy from Lancaster University (also with distinction). He recently added a Professional Doctorate in International Business from the European International University, Paris to his credentials. At the Officers Academy, Ministry of National Defense, he ranked first in Economics/Strategic Defense. Panos has called the UAE home since 2007, where he lives with his family and holds a Golden Visa (awarded in early 2023). This deep connection to the region gives him unique insights that have helped drive our Middle Eastern operations forward. His career serves as a testament to the power of lifelong learning, strategic leadership, and global thinking.
