Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Pamela worked with a talent consulting firm, where she partnered with Fortune 500 clients to assess leaders and identify high-potential talent. She spent her earlier career with a boutique executive search firm, working across the financial services, industrial, technology, and consumer sectors. Pamela received her BSocSc in psychology from the National University of Singapore. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa.
