Pam Sprague is based in Dallas, Texas.  She has over 20 years of executive search experience.  Pam’s executive search career has been broad in scope having recruited senior executives to the sports, entertainment, healthcare, financial services, banking, higher education, oil and gas, not-for-profit, municipal, and manufacturing sectors.   Pam enjoys collaborating with clients, understanding their staffing challenges, developing search strategies, and attracting talented and uniquely qualified candidates to add value to executive leadership teams.  Pam values relationship building with both clients and candidates and enjoys helping companies achieve their corporate goals and helping candidates advance their careers.   Prior to pivoting her career to executive search, Pam began her career in sports marketing progressing through the Chicago Bulls organization and serving as the team’s first Director of Community Services. Upon leaving the Bulls, she had the unique experience of working for Michael Jordan. She opened the Chicago office for JUMP, Inc., coordinated Jordan’s Chicago-based public relations and helped to create The Michael Jordan Foundation as a founding Board Member.   Pam holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and remains a diehard Wolverines fan.   Pam is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and has two daughters.  She is an avid golfer and has celebrated two holes-in-one….so far.
