Pam Bambaren partners closely with clients to deliver custom and impactful leadership solutions – from assessments to development strategies and succession management. Based in Miami, she works across an array of industries with a particular focus in financial services, technology, tourism and hospitality. Over the last decade, Pam has designed and implemented large-scale talent development and employee experience strategic initiatives, most recently as a consultant at DDI and Willis Towers Watson. Previously, she led executive development efforts at the Royal Caribbean Group where she focused on assessing executive talent readiness, building succession pipelines, and other executive development programs. Pam is also fully bilingual in English and Spanish with experience working with leaders and organizations from diverse cultures. Pam holds a MS in industrial-organizational psychology and a BA in psychology, both from Florida International University. Pam is a credentialed professional coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with a passion for transformation and enabling leaders to discover and channel their full potential.
