Pakhi Saxena has almost 30 years of experience in the broader consumer, retail, media and consulting space, split between operations, across Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail, Arvind Lifestyle Airtel, Bennett & Coleman and Star TV and consulting with Wazir Advisors, Redseer Strategy and KSA Technopak. In her consulting career, Pakhi has served corporates, private equity firms and investment banks, helping them navigate the Indian consumer and retail landscape to solve for strategic interventions and implementation support, She has worked on strategies for disruptive growth, go-to-market, business & brand diversification, channel growth and optimization in addition to investment diligence mandates and IPO facilitation. As a thought leader for the Retail & CPG segment she has authored articles, developed knowledge insights and served as a panellist / juror on prestigious retail forum and platforms. Pakhi earned a Bachelors in Economics from Delhi University, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Symbiosis, Pune.
