Pablo Claver joined Russell Reynolds in 2024 and leads our Spain Hub. Previously, Pablo was a Senior Partner and Managing Director at BCG’s People & Organization practice in Iberia and Latin America. Pablo has deep experience in People and Organization topics such as agile, scale, HR strategy, digital talent, excellence in support functions, organizational design, smart simplicity, strategic workforce planning, talent development, and career management. He has worked extensively in Spain, Portugal, Middle East, US, UK, France, Germany, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico, among other markets. Pablo’s client work has covered a wide range of industries, with a deep focus on banking, retail and infrastructure. He has supported many leading financial institutions in Spain and LatAm on HR, organization and strategic topics, and he is co-author of several reports on Future of HR, Digital Talent and New Ways of Working. Pablo received a Business Administration and a Law Bachelor with Honors from Carlos III University of Madrid. He also holds a Business Essential Program from Babson College (Massachusetts, USA). Pablo is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
