Pablo Cavero joined Seeliger y Conde · Kingsley Gate as a Partner in 2016. He specializes in Finance, as well as other sectors through his involvement with Private Equity portfolio companies, Management Audits, and Board of Directors searches. His professional career has been linked for nearly 20 years to the Barclays Group in Spain and Europe, where he has held various management positions. Among others, he has served as Director of Strategic Planning for Europe, Commercial and Business Development Director for Retail and Corporate Banking in Spain, and as a member of the Management Committee and various Boards. In January 2012, he was appointed Minister of Transport and Infrastructure for the Community of Madrid, and in September of the same year, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure, and Housing, and Chairman of the Madrid Regional Transport and Metro Consortium. He was subsequently elected to the Madrid City Council for the People's Party in May 2015. He has chaired the Economy and Finance Committee, the Special Accounts Committee, served as a member of the Environment and Mobility Committee, and been a board member of the EMT (Madrid Municipal Transport Company). Pablo Cavero holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Pontifical University of Comillas - ICADE, with postgraduate studies at INSEAD and an AMP from Harvard. He studied on an Erasmus scholarship at ESSEC Business School in Paris.
