Oscar began his career at GM, where he joined asManagementAssociate, and then at Citibank, where he held managerial positions in Human ResourcesCapitalin Buenos Aires, Madrid, London, New York, and Santiago, Chile, the city from which he led that function for Latin America. After a two-year period in aprivateequity group, culminated his corporate career as a member of the Executive Committee of the National Commercial Bank in Saudi Arabia. ​ Since 2005 he has led two international consulting professional practices: Advisory (inTalentManagement; Performance Management; OrganizationalDevelopmentandLeadershipDevelopment), and Executive & Team Coaching, as a partner at Praesta, a leading international firm inExecutiveCoaching. Oscar is also an INSEAD Global Coach.LeadershipCenter and IESEBusinessSchool. Its client companies include relevant global companies in the financial industries,retailand manufacturing. During his professional career as an executive and consultant, he has conducted more than 150 management evaluation processes andcoachingtop-tier. Since 2015, Oscar has led the Talent practice.Managementin EQP. ​ EngineerIndustrialwith executive development studies from Harvard, Wharton, and the University of Michigan. He earned a degree inOrganizationalBehavior and is certified asexecutivecoach at INSEAD.
