About Ms. Bono

Ornella is co-founder in Humanitas Executive Search since 2003. She started her career in executive hunting in 1997, a few times later she was recognized by The Economist Intelligence Unit as “Leading Consultant”. She began her career as an engineer for the Study of Development Management in SQM, where he participated in the Control of Investment Projects. Then, she coordinated the issuance of ADRs and, subsequently, served as Head of Investor Relations. Between 1997 and 2002 was Seminarium Consultant Head Hunting in the areas of executive search and studies of compensation of senior executives. Ornella is Civil Engineer of Industries, Catholic University of Chile.
