Olof Sanden is a Partner of TRANSEARCH Sweden, based in the Stockholm office, with many years business experience from a wide range of management roles and branches. After completing his studies, he joined the Boston Consulting Group in Munich, and was later part of the founding team of their Stockholm office. Olof spent many years in Berlin working as a Trade Commissionaire and headed up Business Sweden's European team. For more than 13 years Olof worked in Med-tech for Elekta, where he held multiple roles as Global Head of Marketing and Executive VP for one of the 3 global regions. Olof also worked as a CEO/dep CEO for the Swedish research institutes, RISE. He has experience from multiple M&A processes and integration work. Olof is engaged in board work and has been on boards in multiple industries like Medical Devices, on-line sales, construction/installations, sports equipment/-facilities and professional services, including listed as well as PE owned companies. Olof holds a Master of Sciences from Chalmers/ETH Zurich and an Executive MBA from Columbia
