Olivier Knapp is a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Private Equity, Business Professional Services and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices. He has a vast experience partnering with companies on board and C-level assignments across Europe. He has particular expertise in finance, strategy and transformation roles. Consulting expertise with a finance and transformation focus Olivier partners with his clients on attracting and developing highly talented and diverse executives. He focuses on finance, strategy and transformation profiles, often coming from a professional services background. Since 2014, he has led assignments at board and C-level for clients across EMEA. He has led some of the most high-profile operating partner and chief transformation officer work in the region and been involved with over 100 CFO and financial officer searches including large listed, family-owned, private equity and venture capital backed companies. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Olivier worked for a decade in London and Brussels for BCG and UBS Investment Bank. His assignments at BCG included strategic due diligences, post-merger integrations and market-entry strategies in the services and consumer industries. Olivier holds an MBA from London Business School and a bachelor’s degree from King’s College, the London School of Economics and Sciences-Po, Paris. He speaks French, English and Dutch, has a strong command of German, and is conversational in Spanish and Italian.
