Dr.-Ing. Oliver Frille worked in the automotive industry for 22 years. Thanks to his many years of experience in designing and leading a variety of procurement, supply chain management and supplier quality organizations, he has extensive knowledge in scale-up, stabilization and transforming companies. His industrial experience was gained in Start-ups and DAX30 companies. As member of the Board of Management and Director Procurement & Supply Chain Management in INEOS Automotive he was considerably engaged over the last 5 years in the development from a Start-up to an Automotive OEM in Serial Production. Dr. Frille contributes to the development of his customers by creating outstanding leadership teams. His projects are characterized by finding the best match of values between candidates and companies as well as maintaining an open and trustful exchange of ideas. In October 2023, Dr. Frille joined Odgers Berndtson in Frankfurt / M with extensive industry experience, creativity and passion. He completed his doctoral thesis at the Technical University in Berlin in the field of logistics and now lives with his family in Stuttgart.
