Oana Ciornei is Amrop CEE Chair and a Member of Amrop's Global Board. She is a trusted advisor in leadership and senior management appointments, board composition, strategic restructuring and talent acquisition programs. Oana joined the organization in 2010 when her firm became Amrop in Romania. She oversees the strategic direction and operations of Amrop in Romania and serves as Senior Consultants for the following practices: Digital, Consumer and Industrial. She is a member of Amrop's global Digital Practice. She also led Amrop University, a global initiative designed to support broad professional development across the organization. Oana has over 17-year track record in executive search and has senior FMCG management experience. Her former career gives her real-life sensitivity to many aspects of the performance requirements of the role. Her expertise includes multi-cultural leadership, linking business strategy to individual and organizational objectives, talent management and international project management. She is a certified Hogan and SHL assessor, MBTI practitioner and she completed several executive development programs at IMD Lausanne, Harvard Business School and INSEAD. Oana holds a Bachelor Degree in Computers Science from the West University of Timisoara, Romania.
