Nuno Moreira is a Managing Partner at Stanton Chase Lisbon and Porto, bringing over 25 years of experience in human resources management. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions, including HR Director at the Bertelsmann Group and the Media Capital Digital Group. In these roles, he led initiatives in assessment centers, performance management, career planning, recruitment and selection, training, mentoring, and coaching. Internationally certified in coaching by the ICC, Nuno is widely recognized for his expertise in talent development and organizational strategy. Nuno joined Stanton Chase in 2013 as Office Manager of the Northern Branch. In 2017, he was appointed Executive Director of NextMove (part of the Stanton Chase Universe), where he successfully managed a three-year project. He returned to Stanton Chase in 2020 as Executive Director and, since 2023, has served as Managing Director in Portugal. An active voice in the field of management and human resources, Nuno frequently publishes articles in specialized newspapers and magazines. He has also contributed to and co-authored several books, including Sucesso na Implementação do BSC em Organizações Públicas e Privadas (Success in Implementing the BSC in Public and Private Organizations), Storytelling na Gestão de Pessoas (Storytelling in People Management), and Gestão de Pessoas em Tempo de Pandemia (People Management in Pandemic Times).
