The client is seeking two exceptional individuals to serve as Non-Executive Directors, one to chair the Audit Committee and the other to chair the Digital Committee. The Audit Committee chair should have financial and audit skills, along with a professional accounting qualification, and experience as a CFO in a large organization. The Digital Committee chair should have senior leadership experience as a CIO or equivalent, with a track record of driving digital transformation at scale. These roles are crucial as the client progresses its Better Together strategy to become a digital-first, research-led teaching organization delivering sustainable care to patients in North, Mid, and East Devon.
