Earlier in her career, she worked at another leading search firm, where she helped build the practice and helped clients evolve their executive teams and boards. She has advised companies across the biopharmaceutical and healthcare services space. She began her career at Johnson & Johnson in sales and marketing. Noel holds a BS in business administration and marketing from Boston College and an MBA in finance and marketing from New York University Stern School of Business.
