Nisha Pillay brings nearly 20 years of specific executive search experience to the table. During her two decades in the industry, she worked across various industries and functional areas, focusing on C-suite and non-executive director appointments. Her primary focus lies in the financial services, mining, and manufacturing/industrial sectors. Nisha joined the Johannesburg office in May of 2018 as a Principal. By June 2021, she had been promoted to Partner. Between 2017 and 2018, before joining Stanton Chase, she worked as a Senior Associate at Korn Ferry SA. Between 2013 and 2017, she was a Consultant at Odgers Berndtson SA. Nisha also spent less than a year at Tuesday Consulting in 2012 in a project management capacity. Her earlier career started at Spencer Stuart SA where she worked in a research capacity. This position necessitated the development of a strong personal research and process methodology. Nisha has been responsible for numerous executive level and board appointments over the years, in both local and multinational companies.
