IFOD & HOGAN Nikita began his career in the financial management of consumer goods groups, at JESeagram's in New York and Perrier in Paris before leaving for Nestlé Waters to manage the Brazilian and then British subsidiaries. In 2002, he joined the home furnishings group Newell Rubbermaid to create a strategic customer subsidiary responsible for global business – national brands and private labels – with the Carrefour group. He then joined Intersnack Group, the European leader in savory snack products, to turn around the French subsidiary Vico. In 2008, Nikita created his own international development consulting business in Brazil, Mexico, South Africa and Russia with mid-sized consumer goods companies before diversifying in 2016 into supporting startups on their fundraising projects. Sensitive to the central role of leadership teams and their challenges in achieving gradual alignment, he joined the HR consulting group Oasys in 2020 to support leaders in transition with their professional development projects. He continued this work in 2023 with his own company.
