Nicole has an established Practice and is a trusted advisor for critical talent agendas such as leadership, succession, gender balance and board composition. Nicole partners with Asset & Wealth Management organisations, working with senior executives across money management, advice, corporate superannuation, institutional and retail distribution, product, strategy and marketing. Nicole has over 25 years’ Executive Search experience following an early career in financial markets. Nicole joined The Culleton Partnership in 2004, and became a Partner in 2011. In 2018 Nicole added herself, and TCP, to the Morgan Young platform allowing both organisations to broaden their depth and deliver their expertise to select clients in the Australian and Hong Kong markets. Nicole graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor of Commerce.
