Nicole is responsible for Rudish Health's executive searches as well as interim and consulting placements. During her tenure with the firm, she has placed various interim and permanent CxO positions and other senior leaders at healthcare organizations nationwide. In addition to her search work, Nicole is a part of the team supporting Rudish’s technology, data management, and operations. Prior to joining Rudish Health, Nicole's 15-year management and human resources career focused primarily on higher education, with broad-based talent acquisition leadership experience for colleges and universities and consulting roles in professional services and not-for-profit organizations. Nicole has expertise in searches that involve inaugural, transformational, multidisciplinary, and/or specialty components. Serving mission-based organizations of all sizes has also been a lifelong passion. Nicole has enthusiasm for understanding an organization and finding good people who will thrive and grow within the culture. Nicole currently lives in Arlington, VA, but she reminds everyone that she is proudly from Pittsburgh, PA. She enjoys baking, swimming, volunteering, learning about the people and history around the world, and spending time with her family and friends.
